I like the black an white one and the chrome ones equally , but yeah blue and yellow are tertiary colours (I think) so they create a bizzare contrast next to each other

I think there's a huge difference. deadmau5 wasn't previously associated with anything. kind of like skrillex. so there's only one thing people associate those names with.

steppers is a word that already exists. people won't only think of the channel when they hear steppers, unlike a name like deadmau5 or skrillex. i'm not really a fan of it tbh.

New logo looks better, the advice legend4ry gave is solid. You's are on the right track, but a name change really is in order.

I would offer a suggestion, but honestly, I would come up with something a LOT worse...

Quick screen shot of the Metallic Logo in 3D-ness. Opinions? It is going to be animated similarly to how Chad did it in that video he posted except I made it so that the word "Steppers" Is coming out of the top of the logo. The logo starts face down so you can see steppers. I have a light run by it making a cool light shift effect plus cool shadows. Then the logo flips up to this position in the picture which is what will be shown during the videos of songs (not tutorials) I also animated a slow moving light around during the still image so that it gives it constant slow evolution and animation so that it doesn't become a stagnant image. Should be pretty sweet. The whole animation is rendering now, will post again when its done!

This looks amazing! A little more tilt and 3d depth and it's golden! I have an idea for the animation though...will make a cheap flip book type animation for you since I'm not good at animation.

Tertiary isn't the right term, but they're opposites if that's what you meant.

@Everything else: What's currently going on right now is I am having CE make the template for track upload videos. It involves the logo in 3D doing some cool shit and I'll post an example video soon. When that is done and it is decided by majority that the video format is acceptable, we'll start making a few tutorials, so we can have footage for the intros to tutorial videos. The intro for tutorials is going to be just a like 5-7 second montage of snippets of tutorials showing we do more than one DAW and more than once type of lesson.

We are also still going for a name change. I don't really want it to be aimed towards Dubstep because this isn't going to be a Dubstep only channel. It's going to be an Electronic Music channel. Think about name suggestions.
