Been experimenting recently with mixing funk and dubstep. Also been trying to improve my mixing skills. Let me know what you think!

i don't hear any dubstep influence but this shit is DOPE. The only part I didn't like was when it went half-time, its just a little too slow for that i don't think it works
Also i thought it could use another (brighter) hi hat layer for more forward motion, i hear it in the break but it would be nice to have some crisp hats layered over the top of that

did you sample most of that stuff, or do you play guitar and shit?

The guitar and shit was played by me. Only the vocals and some background drums were sampled :) thanks for the comment!
