My friend sent in a track to a record label a couple hours ago and then a half hour ago he uploaded the chune to soundcloud, a few minutes later the record label "locked" the track. He is the only one who can see it, he can't delete it, favorite, download, etc..

What does this mean..? >_>

Probably copywrite infringement,

Soundcloud has software that can detect music by the waveform
