Smash Bros 1
Banjo-Kazooie/Banjo-Tooie
F-Zero X
Starfox 64
Turok 2
Paper Mario (pretty much the only good RPG on the console, unfortunately)
THPS1/2/3

Zelda and Goldeneye go without saying

Special mention for 1080 for having a badass jungle/DnB soundtrack
Statement of Intent VIP / Sahaquiel v4 single out now on UK Trends.

Oh man, I completely forgot about this! Game is massive, there's so many places to explore. Definitely one of the most underrated N64 games.
