yeah maybe so. I randomly locked in and he was playing this

[edited for vocal version he actually played]
I thought Doorly made all that wompy stuff and dodgy remixes. was pleasantly surprised!

(I agree on the 'how'd he get so big' front though...I know many people that can play the stuff he plays and wicked DJs that warrant Rinse FM airways...but there we go..).

I'm almost certain he regrets his old dubstep stuff, he never plays it out anymore despite still getting booked on lineups with some tearout artists.. I caught a bit of his set once down bristol, didn't realise it was him until the end. It was straight house and funky vibes, it was actually really good.

This was the first time I clocked Doorly moving away from that wobbly sound. Although it basically sounds like a bad edit of Modeselektor's remix of Prototypes it's not too bad.

The sirens at 2:15 are mixed so fucking good, sounds exactly the same as real sirens going past my window.

The track as a whole makes me happy too :U:

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.
