What dubstep tunes have your favourite percussion?

Post by leyenda » Fri Dec 30, 2011 3:47 pm

Bass and space is a big focus in a lot of dubstep so I thought it'd be interesting to see what people like percussion-wise, tracks where it's more often bass and a sick riddim. For different reasons both of these absolutely do it for me.

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.

I'm sorry I know that the percussion in this track is really simple, but I gotta say "If You Know" by Skream. That breakdown that starts with a tttthhhhhhhWAP and then goes into a just kick and hats thing for a lil while.....my god
