Just got my new B8XA deluxes in and they are absoloutly amazing. But they have confirmed what i was fearing and that is that i am getting pretty bad phasing with parallel compression.
I'm a seasoned FL studio user, i know about plugin delay and phasing etc and i have tried EVERYTHING i have read, watched and researched but to no avail. I have say, a dry kick on mixer track 1 with a bitta EQ, dry snare on 2 with EQ, both routed to the master but also routed to track 3 which is the compression track which is also routed to the master. I've tried putting all the same plugins on the tracks, turned off on the dry tracks, to compensate for plugin delay to no avail. I've tried manually compensating by setting the delay compensation to 1.33ms but nothing. I'm at my wits end here with it at the moment as it's seriously putting a stint in what i can do.
Any help with this issue will be most appreciated, i believe it's a problem alot of producers come in contact with and there isn't any good information on it really. There is some i have taken but it hasn't worked unfortunately. I'm sure the collective brain trust at dubstepforum can help me give phasing a big phat fuck you!
Thanks in advance folks
