I Hate Lemur!!!

I don't actually hate them, but disappointed I spent over £1000 on Jazzmutants Lemur to find out the iPad app has just been released. I already had an iPad could have spent £34.99 and saved myself money. Now the actual lemur will be impossible to sell!

Anyone got the iPad app. Was going to get it and have a play but seems pointless considering I have the actual lemur.

Lesson learnt from this ... listen to the rumours.

I lol'ed because 12 months ago you'd be partly correct. It's only recently that I'm utilize my gear, getting rid of stuff I don't user or need, and refining everything. I'm a broke ass bum these days, but I have music and spend most of my time using my gear. Was a personal choice to ditch money to pursuit music. I'm happy to work a 9-5 in an office for £20k a year because I have everything I'm every going to need.

i think lemur have done pretty well out of this. the iPad may have originally killed the Lemur but they adapted and now the iPad could be the best thing that ever happened for them.

touchOSC and the lemur interface are quite similar. haven't dove into the lemur enough yet tho.
