Is the PreSonus FaderPort? How do like it? Is it like a one channel version of a Mackie Control? I have been wanting something with flying faders for mixing for a while now. Does this thing integrate well? What daw do you mainly use it with?

Faderport works great, I use it mainly when doing mixdown/post production work in protools. It makes life a bit easier.

That reel to reel doesnt actually have a brand name, only a serial number. From the research I was able to do I found that it was a common consumer deck from the late 50s. 1/4 inch tape, nothing special. I don't bounce everything to tape but I do have a collection of various sized decks to use when I want some noise. This size (under 1/2 inch) tape doesn't really give the tape comrpession effect you'd get from a high-end studer or something but none the less it does add some character. I have a portable reel to reel that is awesome for taking out into the woods! I love all things tape really.

Nice desk, where'd you get that from? I'm looking for one at the moment but they seem a little expensive for a plank of wood and 4 legs ha

My current setup. Out of picture are a few hardware synths and grooveboxes including a Microkorg, Roland MC-303 and a Zoom ST-224. Really need to start using them again.

How do you upload a photo off of your drive? It seems that it needs to be in a URL....
