look for a small barber shop entrance, and a black door. it's a bit misleading but that's the entrance. if you click on google "street view" from this link you can see the entrance.

literally next door to club love is the infamous "electric ladyland" studios, where jimmy hendrix recorded his masterpieces. a real ny landmark, even though there's nothing on the outside but a non-descript glass door.
