Anything double digits for a dog is a good innings :)

Guessing if it was over in NZ, was having plenty of space to run around with? Man, that's like the time of a life for a dog; can't be giving them a better life than that :D
lol yeah we have (had) two dogs, and dads got half an acre with lots of rabbits, so they love it

after hearing about my friends' antics on NYE I'm glad I didn't join them. one of them got kicked out an hour after turning up and another got kicked out after starting a fight with the bouncers. it's a shithole club that would have been rammed anyway.

Started pitching again today. Didn't warm up properly, threw waaaay to much and have spent the last 4 hours on an Advil and ice pack binge...

I`m not sure if I`m pissed or just bored.
week 2 of work after holidays and I`ve done nothing.
my work is up to date but here I sit, bored and nothing to do.
everyone around me working frantically and me, nothing.

no reason other than I do my job well but end up sitting around doing nothing not sure if I should feel guilty or just be happy I have a great job that allows me to do nothing.
I just can`t help feeling I`m wasting my time.
time to fire up Reaper and make some tunes.
once again though, how do I justify working all day doing nothing and getting paid for it.

I wouldn`t work for free
If I`m working I expect pay.
I do however work for a big international company as a mechanical Engineer/Designer.
So it`s not like I`m sitting at home arsing off or something.
I`m here day in and day out but the larger percentage of the time I feel like I`m being payed to be here for what I know and not necessarily what I do.
I just feel very conflicted about this at the moment.
I`m a hard worker so I`d rather be slaving away and sweating my ass off getting work done.
But I`m not necessarily complaining about not working terribly hard.
as I said above, just a bit conflicted.
I almost have a who gives a shit attitude, as long as I`m being paid........
But I always fall into the "am I just mooching off of the company" mindset.
I do however believe I worked hard to get where I am.
Is this just me?
Or is it normal to get a cushy job and not always be busy?
When I`m busy I am f-ing busy though.
But when I`m not busy, I`m really not busy.
As it is I got a warning the end of last year for internet abuse.
But I`m just sitting here, counting the minutes.
Which compared to designing for 18 hrs a day as it`s pros and cons.

anyone else in this situation?

Me...kinda.

I can be as lazy as I want to be, so sometimes I'll have lazy afternoons where I do nothing, other times I'll find stuff to do/reports to go through/processes to improve etc etc and work flat out for the full 12hrs. It depends.

Where do you live? It was free entry before 12.

Great night. However, one of the people who helped bring dubstep to glasgow and who helped book skream for one of his first ever gigs got put on first. :a:
Clarkston, on your way to EK.

Fuuuckk, why didn't I know it was free entry before 12?! Bollocks

Who went on first?

office is so shit

My computer has no sound card, so I can't directly talk to a customer over skype.

So whati have been told to do is to download and install this program - http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
Which Is a screen sharing program, you install boot gives you a user ID/Pass, then i've gotta go to my boss's computer, log on to that, then log in to his skype which is synced to his skype phone.

make the phonecall off that, then hope my boss doesn't fuck around and close skype down whilst im in a call (he's the sorta idiot that'd do that).

WISH I HAD A FUCKING COMPUTER THAT JUST WORKED PROPERLY HERE :@ :@ :@

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

FUCK IT

Too-good-for-me-science-girl just came back from a ski trip with a bunch of friends and managed to get herself all confused about some old flame so she's put us on hold for a bit whilst she sorts it out either way. Couldn't fault her for being open about it and didn't blow up, but old flame? Shiiiiiiit... you can't compete with old flame unless you know the fucker's address.

WHAT PART OF FORWARD EVER, BACKWARD NEVER DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND, LADY?

:corncry: :corncry: :corncry:

So give your booty call a quick "It's back on, baby!" text and be done with it.
