You'd take that back if you've ever had EFES's on Preston Road in B'ton. It's like all the chickens had cancer and were just left to die of that rather than being slaughtered in their prime. my gf bought some and couldn't finish a single wing. I took them on and probably harvested about 2 grams of meat off 6 wings, all pale, fetid, jelly-like tumours with weird dark patches and a faint smell of cheap curry powder.
I'd rather eat raw crow than tackle that shit again.

It's a hilarious town, so many weird characters.
On topic, apparently the once awesome Frome Charcoal Grill is now called UK KEBAB. smh...

plenty of gr8 chikwan outside London

forgot RFC (Really Fuckin' Chicken) at the bottom of North St Brighton, next to the PavTav, properly decent place (or it was last time I went, about2 years ago)
nice clean boigers, good sauces, open till 4 or something (Chicken Cottage closes too early), hilarious staff

I hear RFC - but it's really expensive in there. Some madness like £4 for 6 wings and chips.

My Brighton nomination would probably have to be chicken cottage by the level. Spent last Valentine's Day (not the whole day, just sat down for a meal) in there with my mate and his housemates, quite a good laugh. The one up near seven dials roundabout is alright, actually. Sells booze too :w:
you mean Chicks (Lewes Rd by the Post Office)?
Yeh, that place is really good as well, full of turkish lads with mad preened gelled mullets. There's a new one further up Lewes Road, the originally named AA Charcoal Grill, dey do good kebabs doe, chicken burgers not so much
shit yeah, did mean chicks

:h:
only problem is that if you're in town it's either too far away or closed when a night finishes.

The shop opposite Charlton station; we called it Mutant Chicken but I dunno what its 'actually' called.

The biggest, juiciest pieces of chicken and wings, ever!

Thinking about it, Anyone know what the chicken place in Bath by the Sainsbury's local is called? We all know it as "bare chicken" on account of the amount of chicken you get, but it's definitely not called that on the sign :cornlol:

Not feeling RFC I've gotta say, though it is in a prime location with the offy just across the road. Perfect 2 stops for success business, POW!

Valentine's Day chicken fiesta sounds like the one, I'm gonna take a girl on a date to Chicken Cottage and get a candlelit vibe gwanning. Waiting staff pouring out the cans of Fanta for the lady

Also, what's that with the chicken? It looks like a scone?
