Wut?! That's that film? I've seen that film on telly like 5 years ago or something but never knew what it was called, been trying to find out what it was ever since.
Just watched the trailer of 'Bullet Boy' to see what film you were talking about and it turns about to be that one haha. Thanks mate!

It's from the DVD extras on the Bullet Boy DVD.

most of burials samples are from bb, in Shutta at the start the 'see ya' sample' is from Bullet Boy, I remember watching the film purely to listen for the samples

I did the same for Ghost Dog Way Of The Samurai to hear the “ancient ways” sample earlier this week but, in addition that, actually ended up hearing TONS of percussion samples he used. Specific gun clicks, clip loads, door locks, etc… Needless to say I was ing the entire time

This one gets me at every time too.
Which is also from Bullet Boy. It's what his mum says to him when he gets back from prison, all buffed.
Also there's another sample taken from that movie, it's the sample at the very beginning of Shell Of Light, the whispering voice saying (what sounds to me like) "Malcolm". This is also said by his mum to Leon after the welcome home party, couple of seconds before Leon says "See Ya" which is used at the beginning of Shutta.
Amazing film btw, watched it yesterday. Was great to see it again after, like, 5 years or something and suddenly also recognise all these samples.
I watched this film (I won´t say the title) a couple of months ago, thought that I heard the percussion samples to a lot of tunes from the first album in a particular scene ... listened very closely and noticed they weren´t the same. Ended up cutting them up and using them for myself

What about that bit of chat at the end of Shutta? Anyone know where it's from?
Thanks for posting this, I'd never heard the source material. This is definitely my favourite, especially the second time its used followed by 'you look different'
