Both well deserved finalist, but thinking Girl at the Lion D'or just about trumps it

Big up whoever made gunslinger, well deserved win over my tune. Still tough choice in the final, can't decide who to vote for.

Girl at the Lion D'Or wins for me, but I still don't get the kick drum rhythm before about 50 seconds. It's syncopated and works well in the rest of the tune, but to me it just doesn't work in the intro, sounds out of time to me. Really like it after that though

Two safe entries.
The second one didn't really go anywhere though.

agreed, not really my cup of tea. i prefer something you can dance to. still, it seems to be the taste of a lot of people on this board.

both are great. i like gunslinger though because it sounds pretty raw. i just like the overall sound of it more.
but i think girl at the lion door has nicer melodies and such obv. this one sounds like legend4ry to me
but my vote went to gunslinger.

Girl at the Lion D'or definitely took the competition.

My tune, the Fifth Elephant, actually was matched up against it in the first round.

Well thanks for all the votes everyone. If you do happen to ban me, which is quite disappointing, just let me know before the next one so I don't put all the work in and end up finding out after I submit. Don't know if I should really be proud or disappointed really, but it is what it is.
The track can be found on my soundcloud with the name "Until The Light Takes Me". It's also up for download as usual.
