BABYLON GRAFF
protip: don't use shitty ps filters like extrude, they don't add anything really, it's like just whacking loads of samples and sound effects on a nice tune, it doesn't look good and has no real purpose (imo)

with great scanner comes great hi qual images (should be sorting something soon, will post details but hopefully will be selling prints in the next few months)..
If anyone has ideas of the sort of thing they'd want to buy let me know, (was thinking A3 prints, maybe even A2, on nice qual cartridge paper, also postcards maybe??) PM me!!
in the meantime I got some new stuff up in the blog if any one fancies checking it out -

if you want a more hazey effect, don't blow out the whites so much, if you have really creamy white tones, it gives the picture a warmer hazey feeling without being so harsh on the eyesMortal wrote: thanks helix...and i blew them out intentionally, i wanted a more hazey effect

Easy people
I'm in the process of starting up a vinyl label and am looking for people to do some designs for artwork and logo's etc.
it may be unpaid initially but we would definitely ask for more work and pay you if we do use your stuff.
pm me if your interested and i can give you some more details
Looking for futuristic stuff. Sorry if vague i'm not familiar with art terms

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

if you want good design then you should be willing to pay for it.

and if you can't pay a set fee then compromise at least, like Mortals just done my ep design, straight away i told him on quite a tight budget.horse wrote:wizeguy wrote:it may be unpaid initially

So i offered him a copy of the 12" and for his artwork to be printed on a sleeve for the record.

was a fair deal for me. Having a working, printed example of my work is a lot more valuable than pub moneybrettheaslewood wrote:and if you can't pay a set fee then compromise at least, like Mortals just done my ep design, straight away i told him on quite a tight budget.horse wrote:wizeguy wrote:it may be unpaid initially

So I know my brother is not the type to blow his own horn, but he has started a theme on canvas using emotive titles from quality bass music tunes. He has only done 2 at this stage but I think there will be more to come if he has a bit of interest.

Mala - Mountain Dread March

L-Wiz - Girl from Codeine city
They are both 18" X 24" in size.
pm to 'quidz' on this forum if you are keen at all, tell him I sent ya!
