@Phigure: I am a decent writer, I don't have the knowledge but I know a fair bit but you don't need to be knowledgable as such to write a book which is based on experiences and first hand examples ie subjective opinion not objective fact-the smattering of "knowledge" will be contributed by others-why did you think I asked for contributions? Credibility? Maybe maybe not- I'm a man with a plan though and once I am that it's pretty hard to dislodge that plan I'll have you know. :a:

this thread is hilarious

On topic I think a dubstep book could be really good if it was well researched and involved interviews with all the major people in the scene. Would be hard to do though. Ideally blackdown or joe muggs would do one.

Korn get their own chapter right?

As the inventors of Dubstep it's only deserved.

Ffs, let people write books! Just be prepared for a boatload of politics. Theres at least two other book projects that I've heard of well underway by now, both covering dubstep.

btw
not being able to write
is not a deterent to writing & publishing books

now writing something worthwhile,
that edifies the dubstep scene...
now that would be something ...

if I did it, I'd focus on the communality
& the legacy of dubplate culture
but I'm not going to do it
because it has all been archived on here
