Can someone recommend me good jump up dubstep?
Pretty much I am looking for more songs like the video below. I already know about Coki, jakes, Giant I want to hear some other producers take on "jump up" dubstep if that is the right term. I don't want brostep. thanks alot all

Does this count as the sort of thing you are looking for? Either way I love this tune.

Re: Can someone recommend me good jump up dubstep?
I really like the deep dark stuff, and that's really only what I listen to, but the more aggro/jump up stuff that I do enjoy is
Bassnectar - Cozza Frenzy (album)
Flux Pavilion - Meathead (song)
Emalkay - Fabrication (song)
Subscape - Time To Escape EP (album)
Laid Bak - Red (Chasing Shadows Remix)
Blue Foundation - Eyes On Fire (Zeds Dead Remix)
that's pretty much the only jump up stuff I can think of that I can enjoy
I wouldn't classify any of this as brostep, because brostep to me is that formulaic YOYOYOIYO sound with an overcompressed kick and snare and some shitty white noise. Most of these have a lot more drive to them than that deep sound which I love, but I feel that there's a time and a place for this stuff. There really isn't a time or a place for brostep imo.

Re: Can someone recommend me good jump up dubstep?
Giant is 3 guys, one of which is Enei whose solo output as a DnB producer has really taken off recently, so they probably don't have much time to produce as a trio. Megalodon, Lost, Kromestar, Badklaat, Requake, RUF, RDG, Mensah, Kutz, Walshy, and Skream all make some pretty sick jumpup.

I heard Gaint is Enei (the dnb producer) alias? can anyone confirm this?Reverb wrote:Truth - the Fatman.
