Can you get onto the beach if you're not camping? Planning on getting there on the Tuesday, and staying in an appartment but want in on the pre-parties.

We hired cars last year and drove from Venice, was so much easier to just drive into town everyday there was a mall up the road and just hit the big supermarket way more selection, no lines, and you got to check out some Croatian talent..
