what's the name of the old hardcore (i think?) tune that pretty much all of 'where were you in '92' is a reworking of? chords and everything?

To be fair, that's not a big deal. Jamie XX did it too in Far Nearer and Burial's drums in Near Dark are nicked rhythmically from El-B's Lyrical Tempo. Stuff like that is homage for the heads that know.
