Sad film which a lot of people have told me is the saddest they've seen.

However i thought this is the saddest film i've seen:

In Spanish but has the mighty Bardum in who is incredible at getting the characters feelings across. Its a true story about a guy who broke his neck and spent something like 20 years fighting to have the right to die (euthanasia). His family obviously disagree.

I thought this was really powerful mainly because it's a situation i could imagine myself in.. not being able to move from the neck down and feeling like a complete burden on your family. Feeling as if it would be better for everybody if you simply died. It's a very good film. I couldn't however emphathis with the above film because i'm neither a child in izan germany nor a parent with a child in izan germany.
