Yeah, but they take nearly a 9% commission, I think... Apparently the Metro Bank ones are free, but I can't work out if you can just turn up and use one... Natwest have them too, but you have to pay into a Natwest account. Hmm.

I looked it up on their site, they charge 8.9 pence per quid. So if you had 200 it would take 22 away from you.
