vishes wrote:Sorry, but how many MGS games are there in this HD collection? From what I've read so far Iunderstood that only MGS 2, 3 and 4 are present, am I right?

So I'd better purchase MGS 1 on PSN first before I buy the HD collection right?
And I've read above that the graphics are quite poor, so would it be wise to play it on a (I think it is) 40" tv? Or would that kill the experience? If it does, I think I'd rather play it on the PSP then.
i could be wrong as i have it on xbox, but i was under the impression that you get the first game as a free d/l from psn when you buy the collection.

I remember so much time spent cruising through the radio stations trying to find secret ones.

Making me feel like a fucking pillock for going down the Xbox 360 route. Really missing FF and MGS now. MGS2 was by far the best; I did enjoy 3, but couldn't really get into it with all the greenery.

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

Was anyone else absolutely satisfied with the fight with vamp on top of rex, while your shooting the other metal gears? The two things going on at once made me want to cry with joy over it being just so awesome,

MGS 2 is getting rinsed this weekend ;)

Unreal games. Story line, game play and the mountain of subtleties that keep revealing themselves the more you play.

I don't get why 2 is everyone's favorite. Like, i love it, and i rinsed the fuck out of it as a child, but 3 was an improvment, and 4 just blew the lid off of the series. The Epilogue gave me chills for about an hour, and the story in 4 was beyond class. i felt like i was watching a gripping television series instead of a game most of the time.
Not to mention the tornado gun.
