We call on you to create a song based on that.

we give you two complete Sample Packs from GHOSTHACK
- you CAN but you dont HAVE to use only them.

BE CREATIVE and remix in that style you want to.

we dont want to declare a limitation of genres
but we love the deeper dubstep style with plenty of ethno/oriental feeling.
(you know ...bass & space / meditate on bass weight?)

Well, the first words are we call on you to create a song based on that. (The sample packs obvs.)
I think when it say "we give you two complete Sample Packs from GHOSTHACK- you CAN but you dont HAVE to use only them." It either you don't have to utilize the entire pack, But you should probably use some of it.
I doubt they'd be very happy with a song with none of the samples in it.
