Kontakt 4: randomize sample start time?

Post by misk » Wed Feb 15, 2012 5:45 am

anyone know how to do this? i've been fucking with kontakt for awhile, but I've not yet had the need to do this until now. do I need to write my own script, or is there a way to do this more simply? I've been going through the manual (the reference manual) but I've not yet found anything. help would be appreciated.

Traditional way was set an S&H lfo to sample start, don't know if there is something easier better in kontakt.

thanks, that's also a really good idea. appreciate the multiple perspectives, and that's deffo more creative, and it seems like it'd be more controllable.
