Massive Synths Get Messed Up in Ableton
So when I play a note in massive it sounds ok but when I try to record it into Ableton it seems to bit-crush itself. This is especially true when I put on an lfo with a really fast ratio. How can I fix this?

Download, install, and use ASIO4ALL drivers for your audio.

So I made it the driver in Ableton, but now no sound is coming out...I don't even think I can play notes. When I change it back to the default driver it starts working againhxczach wrote:Download, install, and use ASIO4ALL drivers for your audio.

make sure you configure ASIO4ALL settings

I played around with the settings and nothing. Which should I do with the settings? They seem to be pretty simple it's just that I'm still getting no sound...DJ Crackle wrote:make sure you configure ASIO4ALL settings

Re: Massive Synths Get Messed Up in Ableton
i had this problem a couple of days ago and was told to turn my latency buffer up a bit in live and it worked like a charm (mines set at 512 samples right now but could/will probably be different for you, you just gotta play with it till it works). im using CoreAudio too if that makes any difference to ya
Edit - just saw your post in my thread actually...im not sure what the problem could be then as im pretty new to production as well!
