I hate people who get all serious about Skrillex being a monster of dubstep. I really enjoy his music and I listen to a lot of different genres and artists.
According to all these people who hate skrillex, just accept the fact he's popular and that dubstep can be different and not just consist of what it use to sound like. Things change, accept it.

You're missing the point entirely there buddy. It has nothing to do with disliking change.BrokenBeats94 wrote:I hate people who get all serious about Skrillex being a monster of dubstep. I really enjoy his music and I listen to a lot of different genres and artists.

It's not about hating change, to be honest I think artists like Skream and Mala and Burial change more because they are always attempting to be original, while artists like Skrillex make tunes that essentially sound exacty alike. So really, people who love the old sound and don't like the new sound are the ones who are supportive of change.
And him being popular is not a good way to justify your point. No one is arguing that he isn't popular.
Study up, listen to some old school stuff. I can tell you from firsthand experience that being a big Skrillex fan gets boring, FAST.

I have a considerably big and exposed band tattoo and I find the recent posts offensive

Re: Venting rage within.
brostep songs can have subbass, but because they use practically all the of the frequence range its usually a waste.
it makes no sence without space.

They'll bang on about not having the right contacts, successful producers getting lucky, any other reason that they're not famous. Re: Venting rage within.
Would you consider this remix I did for someone as brostep?
Soundcloud
i had to keep it fairly pop and rocky to keep the band happy, the intro is EXTREMELY not dubstep, but it gets there i swear....
**waits to be ripped apart**
