I get some similar sounds in massive when I use a lunacy waveform, then mess around with the modulator osc's phase and position slightly to find a sweet spot. Maybe detune the 2 higher oscillators a bit and layer a sub underneath. This sounds pretty dirty as is in massive. Resampling will lead to even crazier results. Heres a pic of my settings in massive. You will have to add the lfo's to your taste however.

Noisia are however known by many to be audio junkies pretty much. They use very high amounts of processing, resampling, frequency splitting, and tons of automation on just about any parameter you could think of. Of all dnb producers out there, I think Noisia are known mostly for the extreme amount of detail in their music. I have heard that they sometimes take a whole day just working on mid frequencies, or working on a sub. Also last time I checked they are using Adam P33A monitors. So if you really wanna get as close as possible to their sound, be prepared to shell out over $3000 for a pair of high end monitors, then take resampling and make it your life everyday. xD
My latest WIP (Feedback is GREATLY appreciated)

He came at you and you lost. What you gonna do? Btw dungeon exists its not a genre though more just a way to describe a certain sound within dubstep if we just said the "dubstep that goes bwahhhh really deeply" we'd sound a bit retarded no?

nooo, because brostep describes the type of music that I don't like, so it's justified... :6:

What you mean what am I gonna do I'm not fussed man, the only thing is that what you call the dungeon sound is actually what dubstep started out as dark minimal beats only now there infused with neurofunk basslines

Those Koan tuts posted up here are legit! Gonna spend my weekend playing with those ideas. Kudos.

if your using ableton, try sticking a vocoder into the chain of your reese / bass sound etc, change "Noise" to "external"
then change the audio from to what ever you've called your reese/bass. mess about with the formant/ depth etc u get some pretty fucking sick sounds
