I generally sleep with my arm sticking out horizontally anyway so I guess thats why I don't mind it.

my gf is mixed race and has a massive bum so i get as much spooning in as i can

my bf's pillow is always flat and mine is fluffy, but i just can't do with flat pillows so i'll fluff them periodically, even in the middle of the night. if i still can't get enough fluff out of it then i'll have to do the pillow stack. i don't even understand how he sleeps in certain circumstances, on the floor, between two chairs..his pillow is so flat, i couldn't be able to stand it. lol, you have keen observational skills, i would've never thought to mention that to others.
