tried my hand at some deeper vibes today. i equally enjoy this type of music as the stuff in my sig, i've just never tried to make it before.

The vocal sample processing is nice, as is the use of pads in the intro. Like the skippy beat that gradually comes in, though at just over 1m I think the intro is a bit too long with not enough progression before it finally hits.

The beat itself is nice, maybe a bit too much reverb on some of the elements, but the 2-step feel it has lends a good vibe to the tune. The tune just repeats itself after the 2m16 mark, maybe vary up the drum programming a bit or do something different with the vocal.

thanks man! probably the most constructive feedback i've gotten on this forum lol. this tune has made me realize how fun it can be to produce deeper stuff, ill definitely be keeping your comments in mind for my next tune.

It's certainly well done but its not as developed as your "bro-step" stuff is (which is fantastic). I'm sure its cause youre relatively new to that side of the genre, but just vary your sounds and whatnot a little more.

Really enjoying the production value on it, congrats on that for sure! I could use a bit more from background synths and such, like the bell sounding thing with delay on it, you could try using some mid/side processing (bx_digital v2 is my fav) to keep the sound relatively un-intrusive in the mid, and boost it in the side. Really nice chords, vox, and musicality in general! As wub mentioned, a little something in the 2nd half would be great to spice it up and really take the listener to the end. Going to check out your other work on sound cloud!
