The only real part I like about this is the fact that my sound is kind of original at the drop. But I'm not a fan of my songwriting.

We all get better over time man, I wouldn't be too hard, I've heard worse!
You could probably get away with more effects on cymbals and everything in the intro.
THe big thing I'd say you could do is side chain the upper synths (and everything!) off the kick (even if it's just a very very light side chain, it makes a big difference), then it'd fit in pretty well with progressive house stuff. <- This comment worked until the amen break bit, which was interesting, but takes the piece quickly out of the genre (for me at least).
Other than that, the track is a little bit on the scare side, but it would fit really well if you get a female (or male) vocalist to sing over it (that stuff sells like hot cakes), as you don't want to busy a track if someones singing over it.
Keep it up though!
