I made one of the first American Dubstep albums in 2003.....first influences were you and Burial.....I will send it to you if you want....but R.A.W. was making dubstep tracks on the b-sides of his Jungle records back in 98-99....nobody cared for it then.....
All dubstep from hard to mellow is wiked like dubstep originated from reggae I fink mellow base which over da years has been made into dub base wobble s. And its great
Currently at a youngsta show in toronto... Its really boring. Like elevator music. Drum and bass > dubstep.
I hate when I'm looking for new Dubstep songs or producers and I find rave songs or artists.. Rave music all has the annoying steady beat to it..
why does digital mystiks not sell out for a small venue and skrillex fills one of nz's biggest stadiums. hes not the 'original' dubstep that people seem to call the only real dubstep but sells more than it. this isnt selling out or being hated...its called 'brostep' and its pretty popular!!! JEEEEZ!!!!
Have you heard that intrument called drums? or guitar. i hear its used quite a bit in music.bloody deep bass heads that cant see past their own wall in their heads that is 'deep music'. get over it. my favourite dubstep song is haunted by didgital mystiks.so FU if you think im hating on the original dubstep.im just giving my perspective of all of you dubstep raters out there....find a pill, powder, liquid and/or plant thatll get you high and see what you think of any music loud then....all you need is drugs in the end haha.

Soundcloud
The mix features tunes from Gorgon Sound, Dark Tantrums, Headhunter, Proxima, Commodo, Silkie, and many more. I hope you enjoy the vibes.

I think the subtleties of a youngsta set is wasted on people like that. Should we care, nahhhhh.

Look at any commercial dubstep video on youtube, and read the comments haha
If you're creative you can come up with some decent drinking games.
