what world do you live in? virtually every decent night in the UK is 18+ because the only alternative is nights without booze on sale and fuck that

everyone else had the same problem at some point and the only option is to wait until you're 18, or at least look old enough and hope the door's ID policy isn't strict

there are enough nights in Amsterdam that aren't 18+ that got alcohol for sale, don't know what it's like in the UK. I don't have any problems getting into 18+ nights around here, but it would be a serious fail if I went down to London just for a night and couldn't get in because I'm underage. I heard that the ID policy in the UK is a lot more strict than in NL, but I don't know since I never went to a night outside of NL.

Sometimes you can get away with a photocopy of your passport, but not always.

i wouldn't risk it mate. it sounds pretty relaxed over there but it definitely isnt here. im 22 and get ID'd everywhere, one of my mates who is 24 got turned away from a fairly small club because he didnt have ID. maybe because you'd be a tourist you could show em some weird card and confuse them with dutch mumbojumbo but chances are you'll be ID'd unless you weirdly look 30 or something. maybe dont shave for the next month

(slightly off topic) Is it just me or are coffee shops in holland pretty strict on 18+? i walked into one with my brother in rotterdam and they id'd me before i even got to the counter.
