The weird reverb you've got going on with the kick overwhelms a bit in the intro. Also the snare with what sounds like a gradually modulated effect (flange?) on it sounds out of place and isn't sitting too well in the mixdown. Midrange bass is definitely too loud though, and takes over the tune far too much.
Amen fragments that you've got in there break things up nicely, but the mixdown could do with another going over.
