Mainly because I remember asking some guy if I could stroke his purple cape (not a euphamism) at Secret Garden Party, and him saying in a thick Scottish accent, "This guy's as spangled as a wee lemur, course ye can mate"

High: Stoned, Blazed, Blunted, Baked, Gone, Faded

Drunk: Shitfaced, Blitzed, Schmammered, Fucked Up, Trashed

Both: Crossfaded, crunk (occassionally)

There's a lot more terms but those are the ones I actually hear regularly round these parts.
