Second that for sure, seeing underground resistance live last year was a bit special they would make the best wedding band in the world when they played hi tech jazz live i reckon even my gran would cut a rug with her plastic hip to that funk.Schamotnik wrote:always been more of a detroit techno man myself... especially carl craig all the underground resistance stuff

Look for anything on the now sadly defunct Chain Reaction label, which fuses minimal techno with dub influences.

Nice one will check, I witnessed the birth of this scene so I have mucho love for it but have see it used and abused - I've been trying to record a set of it for ages but I always end up playing Tech House as well. Will have to sort this soon.Baron_von_Carlton wrote:Check this site out shit loads of minimal sets been using it for a while quality control is high http://andersb.wordpress.com/tag/dj-set/minimal/

The fact that he is gernerally more ruined than most of the crowd probably helps too. Not a diss at all, saw him at Bestival last year and it was absolutly amazing. Can't recall what he was using, what he played, or much else to be honest, but I was definatly loving it. And not just in a "I'm fucked, everything is amazing" way.
saw him for about 2 years on a festival at 10 in the morning and it was my highlight for this summer, saw him last year on nachtdigital-festival at 3 afternoon also absolutly big, you can listen to him the whole time and will never listen a transition,
