The sound quality is awful.
The part from 0:24 till 0:27 doesn't make much sense, I would remove that.
The drum track can have some more volume and the track is a bit boring, use some variation.

But it's a nice start. keep improving!

That sounds like a 64kbps mp3. Sad part is that it's a WAV.

You're either using some horrible samples off some random-ass website, ruined everything while mixing, or both.

The track completely lacks structure and flow, not to mention transitioning. As Dafuq said "The part from 0:24 till 0:27 doesn't make much sense", I'd go as far as saying it doesn't make any sense at all.

Learn the basics of structuring and mixing, some composition knowledge would do you a world of good as well; get some decent samples and you're all set. As far as first tries go, I've heard a lot worse, but that's all it gets you. Definitely keep it up, but go at it on your own pace. If it's fun, you're doing it right; if you start forcing yourself, it's over.

i actually used VSTHost.I have reaper but its heard to snip ends of recordings of with it so i dont really use it that much

how do i improve sound quality.whats a good sample rate and stuff.

16-bit Stereo at 44100Hz sample rate is the most widely used standard and the default in most, if not all DAWs.

As far as improving the sound quality goes, the most important part right now would be making sure what's making it so horrible in the first place.

Try out another DAW and see if you get the same problems. If yes, then what samples/loops are you using and where did you get them?

Okay... First off, this lacks any flow at all. It's like... Random pieces from a number of different tracks put together, separated by random pauses.
As for the percussion samples especially, they have some.... Massive high-register noise, which completely kills them. It's either the original sample quality which causes this, or the mixing.
For some reason, it also seems you have cut off pretty much everything beyond 7 kHz... (Screenshot).

for the percussion,it was probley originally there. can my equilizer add thoose back???

If it's originally bad-quality, no amount of EQing will make it good-quality. You can fix them to an extent or merge them together to something more formidable, but in the long run, it doesn't get you very far.

Get some decent samples and work with those. Learn about composition and mixing and some music theory basics and you'll be on your way.

i think i found out how it was so messed up, would mixing audio of diffrent quality make it bad,i actually think i mixed a 4000000 hz drum and then a 9000000 hz synths (numbers are aprox. and might have to many zeros). and what does bits(like 8 bits,16 bit,24 bits,etc.) actually mean still a bit skakey on that stuff.
