Women? I nearly quit after my first semester due to women issues.
Yeah it was mainly due to a 3 year relationship ending hideously, she fucked one of my best mates on my birthday thus leading me to a nasty bout of depression that i'm still having to deal with and hugely increased weed consumption (and i already smoked a lot anyways)

the worst part is that if i wasnt in that sucky relationship i could have been getting it on with some absolutely stunning brazilian girl on my course, foolishly i decided to stick to my morals and not cheat on the girl i was with... coz that really worked out well for me

learning Kode9 would have been my lecturer in 2nd year really rubbed salt in the fucking wound though :q:

So yeah, i kinda regret that whole situation, should've just mugged off my bird coz she was a dickhead, fucked that brazilian lass silly, stuck to it at uni, have awesome lectures with kode9 and come out of it with a degree and better job prospects...

hidsight is a bitch aint it?

Someone once said to me 'Don't regret anything in life - because at the time, it was exactly what you wanted'.

I think that's an interesting take. We all make decisions with our BEST interested at heart, don't we?

We couldn't have made better decisions because we don't know what the future holds.

Dude, we're kindred.
I met met my ex at Uni, we lived in the same flat and got together in the first week
of the first semester.
After months of basically being dickteased sensless, being in an on/off thing
the dude living next to her room mentioned that she brought some other guy home
and fucked him during one of our 'on' periods.

Cue loads of aggro, fighting and her getting people to "pick sides."

I tried to move out of the flat but was told in no uncertain terms I couldn't swap
with anyone else on campus, and if I left I still had to pay for the room even if
I wasn't living there. I decided to stick it out, but my weed/pizza consumption
went through the roof, I put on 4st in weight (considering I was big anyway, that was
fucked. Ended up balooning to 20st)

During the Xmas period, the guys stayed in the flat and it was literally weed/PS3/Pizza
24/7. We bonded really well - we're all lifelong friends. Looking back on it, the best decision
I made was to stick with it and fight through the awkwardness.

However, the meltdown and aggro cost me the chance with the brunette from the other
thread methinks. And she was the girl I originally had my eye on when we all moved in
together.

I have some massive regrets, a few which will always be that way. At the same time though, I definitely wouldn't be where I am today if I hadn't made those decisions. Life is a nightmare at times.

Like not plugging decks in before a photo shoot? ....some things are just mistakes, not necessarily done with your best interest at heart or even any real thought, regret is being able to look back and see where you think you made mistakes and learn from them rather than thinking that everything you've ever done is all good and fine because it's in the past and it got you where you are now- surely there is no learning if people can't see things they wish they'd done differently and therefore learn from and try to do differently in future?

I regret doing too many hits of LSD the first time I tried Acid.
Too much the first time with most drugs really.

But I've learned to take it easy, there's nothing competitive about mind altering substances.
Take it slow, ease my way into the groove of the evening. No need to push it.

it's not an acid eating contest for christ sakes.

Too many...

Going to university.
Staying with my ex so long.
Ignoring my friends due to said ex.
Not buying more vinyl when I was younger.
Not looking after myself as much as I should.
Not trying harder to get a job.
Being a dick to my current bird when we first got together, due to said ex again.

Plus many more, cba. Got all depressed now.

LOVE Thai food.
I've been craving like a chick on P's craves chocolate atm...

Pad Tai, Tom Yum, Green/Red curry, Prawn Tempura... I could yam the fucking lot.
There's no Busaba/Thai place near me otherwise I would have gone straight to
the kitchen and plugged a crate of coconut milk straight to my veins.
