Plastician - Missing........

Post by plastician » Wed Jun 27, 2007 4:35 pm

As some of you may remember I mentioned this track may never see light of day as my laptop died halfway through producing it.

It was a mere 2:30 minutes long.... well not any more.

Managed to salvage it. It's now been given the darker 2nd half I was always itching to add to it and lasts a much nicer 5:08 minutes

This will certainly be released on 12" as part of one of the singles from the Beg To Differ LP...... Of which has finally gone into manufacturing and should be ready in time for the ipods on the summer holidays.

Look out for an exclusive first spin of this track on Radio One this Friday - playing a 40 minute mix segment on "In New DJ's We Trust". Alternatively I'll be playing it live at Ruffnek Diskotek @ The Croft, Friday in Bristol, or Man Make Music @ The Hub, London E1 on Saturday.

House Of Flying Daggers. Hope you win the bet.

I'm well pleased with the track. I look forward to people's feelings on the new extended version!!

For a bonus point, which Jet Li film does the sample in Sharkie Major's 'This Ain't A Game' come from? It was an old Jet Li film. And I can't remember its name now.

Fingers on buzzers...

well, if you click the link, the header on the banner of the site you get taken to says - 'not urban'

but i guess i can see how you could get confused.

for the record, i live on an estate where a recent government survey said the population was 90% bengali and my aunt is from tobago.

anyway this is plastician's thread... so lets get back to missing eh?
