ACTUALLY i've just come back from a run and i can never be arsed to cook so i'll only eat like 1 meal a day.

Only eating one meal will make your body go into starvation mode, meaning anything you do eat will be stored as fat to compensate for the fact there is less of it.

Hang on, my housemate basically stopped eating save for 2 ryvitas and some cherry tomatoes a day and she's lost 3 stone in 2 months, and she doesn't do any exercise.
