Hang on, my housemate basically stopped eating save for 2 ryvitas and some cherry tomatoes a day and she's lost 3 stone in 2 months, and she doesn't do any exercise.

OK, I take back the 'bitch'. Still fucking stupid though. It just irks me when girls assume they have to fit into a particular look based on what magazines say (not their fault), then do no research into healthy eating/exercise and just think they'll be fine/healthier when they don't eat. What makes it worse is (i'm guessing) she's a uni student - 1) She should have more of a clue. 2) It will fuck up her concentration and ultimately fuck up her studies.
Losing that much weight, that quickly in that fashion is not good for you!
