^ this.

I've created dungeon sounds in Ableton's stock plugins, Massive, on my Virus TI, Sylenth1 (awesome for warm sounds), amongst others. Learn how to create sounds ;)
160 bpm roller - for all the skankas.

I'd go Dubturbo or Dr. Drum

If it has VST support and a really small looping, like 1/128, it can be done.

:u: no sorry.. I am retarded. :6:
But seriously I have been trying to hold of it after seeing this thread: http://glitchhopforum.com/glitch-hop-pr ... t4660.html
It looks so simple and I would like to start off easy. :] I made some presets in Massive but I don't get what I'm doing really.
No links seem to work..

It`s exactly as stated there.
4 presets that just generate a random tone.

It`s a joke and always has been.
Just because it`s an actual vst doesn`t mean it`s not a joke.

I'd specifically like to know what reverbs you guys use for dungeon :) Never can get that lengthy really mid driven reverb
I usually use Tc electronics M30, and psp easyverb

For a lot of dungeon sounds, my fx chain might look something like this:

Basic EQing
Logic's platinumverb or goldverb
Overdrive and/or saturation and/or other types of distortion
Bounce out
Lightly compress
Perhaps another instance of EQ, more experimental/creative

EDIT: this is mostly for drums
