I think the synths could do with a bit more processing, the beats a bit straight as well needs more of a shuffle methinks

Turn down the synth at .44
Snare is not coming through enough, lower the volume of other elements, or sidechain the bass with the snare, or boost the snare at around 15khz.
Also the song as a whole doesn't flow normally, but that's your decision. Needs variation, like a octave or two higher synth the plays every 4th bar or so to break it up.
It also needs transitions from one part to another.
At 3.12 it could have ended.
