Dubstep Documentary

Post by Abiotic » Tue Apr 03, 2012 12:15 pm

Hi DSF!

We're 3 students who are visiting London from the 13th of April to the 18th of April. As a part of the study trip we have to make a documentary - in our case it will be about dubstep.
Therefore, we search a producer/DJ who's willing to contribute to our documentary. We want you to give us insight into the dubstep scene in London, the development of the genre and at last it would be great to get your view on the genre.
We're mainly looking for someone who's a worshipper of the deep and dark part of dubstep - you know... producers like Kryptic Minds, SP:MC, Loefah and all those heavy guys.
We can promsie that the documentary WON'T be posted on the internet, since we're making the documentary in the subject Media Studies.
If you know someone who's interested please let him/her know.
You're welcome to ask questions. :)

Best regards from Denmark.

That's mental! But we're already traveling home the 18th of April, so we're missing SYSTEM. :(

Sounds great! Is he signed up here on DSF or should we contact him in another connection?
Thanks for your answers, really appreciated!

dont think he is, you have to go out and find him.
to save you some time i was only joking, he may be very knowledgable about the scene i dont really know but i dont think interviewing anyone on DSF would really benefit your documentary too much. if i was you i'd try and get in touch with some producers or DJs that'll be around and talk to them, much more of an insight than a bunch of stoners on their computers

oh... really? just me then... i suppose there is but you've gotta wade through a lot of kids whining about the state of dubstep in 2012 before you actually get to any knowledge

Do you guys really don't know any person who's interested in being interviewed?
It's pretty hard to find the DJ's and Producers when you don't know any persons from London. :D
