Cheese and pepper sauce and anything else is only required on inferior steak. If the steak is good it needs nothing more than a touch of seasoning.

Why have your steak taste of cheese when it can taste of steak. If you want your steak to taste of cheese, just have some cheese!

no cheesecake challenge i'm afraid, though we do have homemade vanilla cheesecake, pecan pie, key lime pie, a fuckton of ice cream and most importantly mississippi mud pie for the sweet teeth out there-

tbh the cheesesteak challenge is cool and all but the true warriors go for the hot wing one

You only serve steak with cheese if the cut is lean.
I'll have the petite filet with crab Oscar, rare thank you.

At home it's rib-eyes on the grill; dusted with sea salt, black pepper, and dried crushed hot peppers.

Hehe, I don't know shit about it but I'm fairly sure the average American restaurant isn't that great.

Mainly because it's a McDonald's and the so called 'cheesesteak' is a cheeseburger.
