wagyu grade A5. pretty much the best beef in the entire world, and its from japan. probably why knell mentioned it earlier. there is so much monounsaturated fat that has oleic and steric fatty acids marbled within the muscle that it makes the heat from your mouth melt it when the beef enters inside. so.. the beef literally melts in your mouth. it really does. unfortunately last time i had it, it cost me 100 bucks to eat a 8 oz cut. also ive have had it prepared as sashimi. there are multiple grade scales of the beef, but A5 is the best, if you can find it.

depends what you have, my family are vegetarian so i've eaten my fair share of imitation meat, theres not that much difference if you get the nice shit
