We were outplayed, simple as. Weren't finishing our chances when we should have, playing the long ball in from about 25/30 yards too often. Reading were locking us down in their third of the pitch, and then smashing us on the break.
I don't want Reading to go up, because can anybody conceivably see them finishing anywhere other than 20th next year?

Also, Wub, is Ricky Lambert gonna be the sort of player that scores tremendously in all other divisions, but bags a maximum of 3 goals in the prem?
Yeah, that is a worry

And the way he was playing last night, Sharpe is hardly a decent support man.

Piermario Morosini collapsed in a Serie B match and died on the pitch with out regaining conscience. RIP

West Ham have slashed our goal difference advantage over them and are now only 3pts behind :?

This is going to be a closer season than I'd like.

I (almost) want Chelsea to score first. I want Gareth Bale to get kicked when he's on the floor. I want Rafael VDV to show why he could be one of the best players in the league. I want Modric to show why he could be one of the best players in the world. I want Walker to bum rush his place as England's right back. I want fire and desire. We can beat Chelsea.

English team is an English team at the end of the day. I might hate Man U but I still had a tear in my eye when they beat Bayern in '99.
