Burial's stuff always reminds me of London, but never the West end or anything, stuff like being on a train in Elephant and castle at 6 AM during a cold winter and looking out over all the grim yet familiar urban landscape.

Yeh, just fits nicely.

Good music transcends national boarders.. It's not like I'm thinking of other peoples countries when listening to tunes, that only happens with raggae dub.. but whatever

basically there's a bit when you get the train from vauxhall to waterloo that looks proper grim, burial is that stretch of town next to the railway on a cold grey day lightly raining

It's all about this interview: http://www.thewire.co.uk/articles/347/
Burial is more than just music, It's an escape from reality, and in turn reinforces the idea that music shouldn't always be musical.
