i was going for a bashing motion, enough to kill it and not make a mess...whilst the pen meant i had to go in close range and take 5 or 6 swipes before i hit, it was ultimately the best choice.

i'd like to have an 'understanding' with spiders. although i'd like it even more if they just didnt exist in my life.
they can exist, but theres no need for them to exist around me, as it results in me shitting myself, and them dying.
It's not good for anyone.
My mate used to flamethrower them. He's now over his fear of spiders.

It's the legs and the noise of them banging into everything. For such a flimsy animal they make quite a bit of noise. :corncry:

For such stupid, silly, ungainly things, it's amazing they haven't gone extinct yet. Maybe they just survive solely by creeping everything out. They're probably the only argument against evolution.

Daddy Longs Legs are fucking pathetic.

I'm fine with you killing them. Not because I'm scared of them (Not sure how anyone could be affraid of such a bumbling flimsy thing) but because they're just incredibly shite.

EDIT: Although now I've seen that big bundle of them in the post above I can say if there were that many I'd probably leave the room just because the sheer number of them all going mental at once could be a bit overwhelming.

If you did that you would end up with many of them; on fire, on your head...you certainly wouldnt want to do it on ladders
