Well done, you have purchased a fine machine there, sure to give boundless years of good service.

Shame you don't actually have a lawn though, you idiot.

Perhaps you'd like to come and "try it out" over at mine...
let's really put it through it's paces, performance mowing.

hope you're exhibiting at JAPFEST mate...see you there (21st JULY)

Okayy peeps, this is more like it....

Lovin' your Si , showguns, looks real tidy...the weather in the background doesn't look bad either...here it is raining

respect, peaches I love those 2001 shape type-R's as well, shame they had to ruin it with the new shape (5 door is okay but we don't get it in U.K)

Boomnoise, Indeed I would like to appear on top gear...if only to slit the throats of that wanker Clarkson and his buddy the "hamster"
For fuck's sake.... THIS THREAD is almost more informative about cars than that lousy piece of TV programming...caravan conkers anyone?!!?!**

My Honda Accord LX '92 is giving me shit, it rides fine except it choses the worst times to not want to start. what gives? i've taken it to several mechanics and none of them can find what's wrong with it

it's not the alternator, not the starter, not the battery, not a fuse missing, not the gas pump, or gas filter. They've taken off the steering wheel off as well. and even checked out some "switches". they've runned the computer analysis and still no dice.

My uncle has a shop and his mechanics are pretty good, but no dice. they say it's prolly som'n with the ignition, some wire that runs from the ignition to the computer or som'n like that. they're not confident to fuck around with the computer so that i could bypass it when starting it, but they fear they might make matters worse if they do that.

so far the mechanics haven't charged me anything since they couldn't fix the problem. they suggested taken it to the Honda dealership where they know their shit. what do you think?

Sounds annoying...presumably it chooses not to start at 6am outside the club when you want to go home, and then starts fine when you have to go to work on monday or whatever.

don't worry mate.....I'm on the case.

Soon as I can find a solution, will let you know.

Note for Sizzla:

I think it might be the main relay!! the solder dries out on the pins!!! very easy fix , if you can solder

Apparently it's common on other Honda's of that year
It's a honda thing so that might be why your guys didn't know....
I think the relays are located in one of the footwells, like where the fuses are, or the other side. Should be easy enough to locate the main relay and re-solder it.

Try that and then let me know how it is, okay?

I am getting some more info in case that's not the problem, so let me know.

Please also let me know if it is injection or carbs? plus the engine code if you have it (e.g. B22 )

Nice one
