Maybe the remix runs for two weeks and runs parallel to next weeks track. Sometimes remixing is not as much fun, you know? Can take breaks and work on your own stuff?

We need sonika really to make the decision being it's his thread and that but i think if we all agree whats the problem?

yeah sunday to sunday makes more sense, gives you a weekend to finish what you've been playing around with all week and it's not sort of like "fuck it's friday, the end of the week, I feel stressed and I gotta finish this tune."

so yeah sunday to sunday is a good idea.

also, lloydy I love your idea of the we-all-remix-each-other's tunes thing. When should we kick that into action, next week maybe?
when are you finishing your remix of Snakelike?

I'm up for starting it whenever,i like the idea of taking 2 weeks because i'll be busy with work over the next couple of weeks. What you need to do sonika is sort a list of people interested and then work out the best way to go about it.Do we just pick a track from the previous weeks on the front page that belongs to someone who is involved or pair people up and then you each remix the others track from previous weeks?
I'm not so hot on the planing so i think we all need to agree how we go about it.

I say the remixer gets to choose which song to remix. I don't like the idea (so much) of compulsory remixing.

So what your saying is the remixer gets to remix whatever track they want from the ones entered in previous weeks as long as the track owner is involved in this idea.
Straight of the bat Hircine please get involved

Mate i would love stems from one of your tracks.
The idea goes we have to remix a track that has been entered in for this thread. You can choose a track that you want to remix but it has to be one by someone who is participating for the simple reason you are more then likely going to get the stems.
If i was to choose wubs and he doesn't participate chances are if i pm him he won't give them to me so it just saves you selecting a track you probably won't be able to remix.
I'm surprised you think people wouldn't want your stems :6:

It's your dub sound i want, you are strangely unique to this forum on the dub front and you now i'm a massive fan of that style.I'm shocked you haven't tried really fusing the dark style with your dub yet.If you achieved this you would by far be my favourite producer on here.
I will take a look at your tracks them pm you tomorrow.

That would be really cool but I've no idea of how to accomplish it tbh :cornlol: . I'm working with a few mcs and producers from the local ragga scene, trying to find a sweetspot between different styles.

You get anything down pm me,i told you raga dnb is something i would love to get into.Honestly i'll pick the dubbiest track you made then have a crack at darkening it up if you want i'm up for the challenge.Even if you want to pick it then pass me the stems that would make it even more of a challenge.Just lay the gauntlet down hircine and i'll accept.
